COQ10 is a major enzyme for our thyroids let alone for heart health.
Our COQ10 is in a converted form of Ubiquinol liquid for the Lipo encapsulation process. Pure enzyme liquid form added after the two ingredients (Acerola Cherry), and (Sunflower Lecithin) have been added to the ultrasonic device. COQ10 can easily be oxidized. Do not add to any blending only to the mixed products before the device is turned on. The Liposomal process will greatly enhance the absorption ability of the COQ10 by the delivery system. By this method, the COQ10 is absorbed easily by the body, it facilitates its antioxidant properties easily into our systems.
How to Make Liposomal Programs.
Raw Ingredients -Distilled water – 16oz, Acerola Cherryextract (Non-GMO) Non-GMO Powdered Sunflower Lecithin. Mason Jars or a glass jar in general, blender and a Ultrasound device. If making 32oz solution. Double the ingredients with the max time of 32 mins in the device. Larger devices may overheat or heat solution above 90 degrees. Use 1-2 Ice cubes.
Premix (separately) – 3 (4 or 5 Advanced) tablespoons of Acerola Cherry powder into 8oz separately and allow to dissolve fully. 1 method is to use a blender or allow to sit for 30 minutes in warm distilled water and occasionally shake in a sealed mason jar. Or allow to dissolve in warm water for aprox 2 hours. Place in device
Premix(separately) – 3 (4 or 5 ) Advanced) tablespoons of Lecithin (sunflower) powder into 8oz separately and allow to dissolve fully. One method is to use a blender or allow to sit for 2 hours in a sealed mason jar and shake periodically. Place in device, let set together for 5 min. One can add 1-2 tbs of lecithin per 8oz for thickness or taste. Base rule 1 to 1 ratio to powdered extract or juice mixes.
CoQ10Add 2 teaspoons to the 16 oz at this time to any creation, within the last 10 seconds of blending or double if making 32 oz. 200mg per 16 oz
Cycle (at least ) 5 times minimum (up to 8 cycles) each cycle if using the 3305 model is every 2.8 minutes. Mix with a wooden spoon (not metal if possible) during each cycle.
The midsize device has (480 sec) cycle. Recommended using 3-4 cycles (24-32 min) for the Lipo G, Stem-C, and the Lipo B programs. 24 minutes is plenty if only making the Lipo C formulation. May have to use 1-2 ice cubes during use to keep below 90 degrees.
Note: Once both are fully dissolved into the distilled water – mix together in the device only. Allow to set for 5 minutes to allowing them mix together well before the device starts. These steps are very important. Do not skip or shorten.
Ready to use- Start with 1 oz, 2x per day (first day) on an empty stomach 30 minutes apart then increase to 2oz 3-4x per day upto 8oz per day max. Refrigerate. Self life aprox 8 days, however, best used within the 4 day period.
Suggested Use: First thing in the morning, Stomach Empty, Use (1oz) to 2oz every 30-45 min (allows the body to absorb the nutrients before more enters). Example: 6 am (2oz), 6:30 am (2oz), 7am (2oz), Eat 7:30 am. If you know the stomach is empty (5 hours after eating or after snacking) take another 2oz. (can be taken before bed if you believe the stomach is empty.
Note: Natural flavor enhancement. Replace the 8oz distilled water with pure apple juice, pineapple, blueberry etc. (Avoid strong acid juices) with no preservatives or additives. (Video ll update instructions) Please increase 2 tablespoon of powdered lecithin (total of 5) to the 3 tablespoons of Cherry extract for proper encapsulation (Juice only)
